The latest figures from the Mastercard Asia-Pacific Destinations Index 2017 has revealed that Bangkok is the most visited destination in the region. Singapore topped the list with the highest overall tourism expenditure. Large growth in figures from the previous years can be attributed to growing numbers of tourists from China and South Korea.
