Miami's main Gay and Lesbian beach is located at 12th Street & Ocean Drive, South Beach. This is the most popular gay beach in Miami. Right across the street is the Palace Restaurant and Bar, a great place to relax and unwind before and after sunning. To find a hotel room near the beach, use this link Miami Beach Gay Friendly Hotels.. Please note: the hotels in Miami are largely "Gay Friendly", with the exception of the Lords Gay Hotel. ALso located nearby is the Ocean & Twelve Beach Store stocked with great swim suits, sunglasses, towels, sun tan lotion, beach bags, water and just about everything you need to get your beach on.
Miami's 12th Street Beach is also the scene of three of America's largest Gay and Lesbian events, Aqua Girl in May, Winter Party in early April and White Party in late November. You can always get all of your party info on Mark's List.
